Just Another Tuesday in Manhattan follows Andy Jordan, a British graphic designer living in Woodside, Queens, whose ordinary life is transformed by a chance encounter in Bryant Park. While commuting to his design agency, Andy is mistakenly addressed as "Gino" by a stranger named Max, who calls him to meet later at Peter Dillon’s Irish bar. Driven by a moment of obsessive curiosity, Andy goes to the bar and comes face-to-face with Gino Bianchi - a man who is not just his double, but his identical twin.

Both men quickly discover they share more than just their faces; they were born on the same day, August 3, 1981 - and were both adopted as babies from a Catholic charity in Dublin, Ireland.
